Delivery and payment

    The Ultra Distribution online store team does everything possible to make the purchasing process as convenient and fast as possible. Below you will find all the necessary information about delivery conditions and payment methods.

    Delivery

    We offer several delivery options so you can choose the most convenient one for yourself:

    Courier Delivery by "Nova Poshta"
    If home delivery is more convenient for you, you can choose courier delivery by "Nova Poshta." The carrier will deliver goods weighing up to 30 kg directly to your door.

    Please note! Orders exceeding UAH 13,999 or items taller than 170 cm cannot be delivered by courier. These orders must be picked up at "Nova Poshta" branches.

    Important! If you do not inspect the goods upon receipt, we cannot guarantee the resolution of disputes in your favor.
    If the item does not match what was ordered online or has incomplete components or visible damage, do not accept it.

    Delivery to a "Nova Poshta" Branch
    You can pick up your order at any "Nova Poshta" branch. Once your order arrives, you will receive an SMS from "Nova Poshta" with your tracking number. The order is stored for free at the branch for 5 business days. If you do not pick up your order within this period, it will be returned to the seller.

    Delivery to "Nova Poshta" Parcel Lockers (up to 20 kg)
    Once your parcel arrives at the parcel locker, you will receive a notification on your phone.
    How to collect your parcel:

        1. Go to the parcel locker. Enable Bluetooth and select the necessary express waybill (EN) in the mobile app.
        2. Pay for the services if you are listed as the payer. Non-cash payments are processed every 10 days or as per the agreement, based on the invoice and completed work report. You can also pay online in the mobile app.
        3. Press the "Open locker" button in the app.
        4. Retrieve your parcel and close the locker.

      Storage in the parcel locker lasts for 3 days, after which it will be moved to the nearest branch.

      Payment

      For your convenience, we offer several payment methods:

      • Online Payment (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard)
        You can pay for your order online on our website when placing an order.
      • Bank Transfer
        For legal entities and entrepreneurs, payment by bank transfer is available.
        We provide all necessary accounting documents.
      • Payment by Invoice for Individuals
        The issued invoice can be paid at a bank branch or via online banking (does not allow card-to-card transfers).
        The invoice must be paid within three days of placing the order. Payment details will be sent to the email provided during the order and will also be available in your personal account on the website.

      Please note! To receive the order, you must present an ID (passport or driver's license). The person picking up the order must be the one whose full name was provided during checkout or confirmed by the operator when finalizing the order.

      Additional Information

      After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with payment and delivery details.
